Content & Communications Manager 80-100% (alle)

Deine Mission

Du verantwortest Content, Redaktion und Kommunikation über alle Kanäle – vom Newsletter über das Transparenz-Portal bis zu Videoproduktionen und Sponsored Content. Du schreibst, konzipierst und produzierst Inhalte, die Kundinnen, Medien und Partner erreichen auf Deutsch, Englisch und bei Bedarf auch auf Französisch.

Das machst Du

Redaktion & Inhalte

  • Du schreibst und produzierst hochwertige Inhalte für Newsletter, Portal, Reports und Kampagnen
  • Du gestaltest mehrsprachige Content-Varianten und stellst Qualität & Konsistenz sicher
  • Du entwickelst und steuerst eine effektive Content-Distribution über sämtliche relevante Kanäle, von E-Mail und Social Media über das Transparenz-Portal bis hin zu externen Plattformen
  • Du produzierst Video- und Audioformate und nutzt dafür unser eigenes Studio

Kommunikation & Marketing

  • Du verantwortest die Content-Kommunikation (Newsletter, Updates, Statements)
  • Du analysierst die Performance deiner Inhalte und optimierst Reichweite, Interaktion und Wirkung kanalübergreifend
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team entwickelst Du Distributionsstrategien, um jede Zielgruppe auf den für sie effektivsten Kanälen zu erreichen

Sponsored Content & Content Governance

  • Du leitest Sponsored Content – von der Konzeption bis zur Koordination der Sprachversionen
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass kommerzielle Inhalte qualitativ hochwertig und markenkonform bleiben

Ownership & Collaboration

  • Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Stakeholdern zusammen, triffst aber danach Deine eigenen Entscheidungen
  • Du koordinierst interne Fachexperten, Partner und Produktionspartner
  • Du organisierst Deine Projekte selbstständig und führst sie zuverlässig zum Ergebnis

Das bringst Du mit

  • Hervorragende Schreibkompetenz in Deutsch (Muttersprach-Niveau), fliessendes Englisch; Französisch ist ein klarer Vorteil
  • Solides Finanzverständnis oder schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Erfahrung in redaktionellen und multimedialen Formaten
  • Hohe Selbstorganisation, Eigeninitiative und End-to-end-Verantwortung
  • Feines Gespür für Menschen, relevante Themen und klare Kommunikation
