We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented
Investment Banking Analyst
to join our growing team here in Switzerland

In this role, you'll support complex financial transactions, conduct in-depth market and company analysis, and assist in executing M&A, capital raising, and advisory mandates. You'll work alongside experienced bankers, gaining hands-on exposure to high-impact deals in one of the world's most trusted financial centers.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation, and modeling for companies across industries
  • Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials for strategic initiatives
  • Support due diligence processes, industry research, and transaction execution
  • Collaborate with senior bankers on M&A, IPO, and capital markets transactions
  • Monitor financial markets and identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and internal analyses for management
  • Contribute to a culture of precision, teamwork, and integrity in every engagement

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory (internships welcome)
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and accounting principles
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills — with a high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluent in English; German or French is a plus (merci & danke vielmal)
  • High motivation, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
