Due to maternity leave, Komgo is actively searching for a Human Resources Officer on a fixed-term basis for an assignment of 6 months.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Managing the full employee lifecycle across the entire organisation (onboarding, offboarding…)
  • Processing payroll in collaboration with Komgo finance team
  • Leading and coordinating recruitment processes in partnership with hiring managers
  • Processing all employment-related documentation (contracts, amendments, work permits, attestations, certificates etc.)
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for employees' administrative queries
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies
  • Nurturing a positive working environment
  • Overseeing facility management activities for the Geneva office

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of HR experience in Switzerland, preferably with HRSE certification
  • High level of Autonomy
  • Responsible, take ownership of all HR related subjects
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Team player, proactive, responsible, exemplary
  • Flexible and open to fast moving and changing environment
  • Excellent command of English (verbal & writing)
