For one of our clients, a private bank based in Geneva we are looking for a :

COMMUNICATION OFFICER

Job description

  • Hands-on production of high-quality marketing and communication materials for clients and employees
  • Project manage and oversee the production of communication tools in collaboration with internal stakeholders (product managers, private bankers, developers, legal and compliance, HR and GM) and external partners (designers, printers, developers, press consultants, etc.);
  • Maintain and update of presentations, client brochures and other publications
  • Create and develop content for intranet and the Group's web platforms
  • Digital communication, including content creation for social media, and coordination of digital campaigns.
  • Create high quality promotional materials for UHNWI clients
  • Ensure that the bank's brand identity is properly used and applied within the Group at all times
  • Organize internal and external events and implement partnerships

Profile required

  • 5 to 10 years experience in a similar position in the private banking sector
  • Understanding of the legal and regulatory banking environment to work with the Legal, Compliance and HR departments
  • Experience working with external providers such as graphic designers, product managers, printers and developers
  • Full proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Pro, especially for form creation
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Strong writing skills in English and French
  • Highly organized with the ability to anticipate and plan ahead
  • Flexible. Ability to jump from one task to another quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
  • A hands-on and operational mindset
