  • Verantwortung für die Sub-Category Holz- und Terrassenbeläge
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Erarbeitung der Geschäfts- und Budgetpläne
  • Mitwirkung in der jährlich rollierenden operativen Category-Planung sowie der Aktivitäten- und Promotionsplanung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Verkauf und Marketing zur systematischen Bearbeitung der Zielgruppen
  • Fachliche Begleitung von Sortimentsneuheiten von der Idee bis zur Einführung
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs bei Sortiments- und Serienwechseln
  • Mitwirkung beim Aufbau, der Vermarktung und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Sortimentsstrategien und -konzepte
  • Laufende Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie Erstellung fundierter Sortiments- und Konkurrenzanalysen
  • Ableitung konkreter Optimierungsmassnahmen
  • Pflege der Artikelstammdaten sowie der Preisstruktur in unseren EDV-Systemen
Ihr Profil
  • Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen und Erfahrung in Einkauf, Produktmanagement oder Verkauf gesammelt
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Boden- und Terrassenbelägen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe für komplexe Zusammenhänge
  • Deutsch auf Level Muttersprache, Französischkenntnisse wären von Vorteil
  • Werte wie Vertrauen, Verantwortung und Veränderung entsprechend Ihrer DNA
  • Reisebereitschaft von ca. 20 % mit dem eigenen PKW
