Votre mission :

  • Conduire l'intégralité du processus de recrutement de A à Z, en ciblant spécifiquement des profils pharmaceutiques qualifiés, afin de répondre aux exigences pointues du secteur.
  • Assurer un recueil précis et systématique des besoins auprès des managers et entretenir une relation de confiance avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes (stakeholders) impliquées dans le processus.
  • Publier des annonces précises et attractives sur LinkedIn ainsi que sur divers canaux de recrutement spécialisés, optimisant ainsi la visibilité des postes vacants.
  • Effectuer une sélection rigoureuse des candidats en phase avec les besoins exprimés par les managers, garantissant une adéquation optimale au poste.
  • Organiser et coordonner les entretiens, tout en assurant une gestion complète et ordonnée de la documentation liée au recrutement.
  • Utiliser de manière experte un système de gestion des candidatures (ATS) ainsi que la suite Microsoft Office pour optimiser le traitement des données et la communication interne.
  • Garantir une présence physique régulière sur site afin de faciliter la collaboration avec les équipes et les managers, renforçant ainsi la proximité et l'efficacité du service.

  • Vous possédez un Master, formation de base indispensable à la maîtrise des enjeux liés au recrutement de profils spécialisés.
  • Vous avez une expérience consolidée dans le recrutement de profils pharmaceutiques, comprenant leurs spécificités et exigences réglementaires.
  • Une expérience d'au moins 3 ans en Suisse est fortement souhaitée, garantissant votre familiarité avec le marché local et ses spécificités.
  • Vous maîtrisez l'intégralité des étapes du processus de recrutement end to end, depuis la compréhension des besoins jusqu'à l'intégration des candidats.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec l'utilisation de LinkedIn et autres canaux digitaux de sourcing pour attirer les meilleurs candidats.
  • Vous gérez efficacement la sélection des candidats, l'organisation des entretiens, et la gestion documentaire liée au recrutement.
  • Expérience obligatoire avec les systèmes ATS afin d'assurer un suivi rigoureux des candidatures.
  • Vous êtes prêt(e) à travailler en présentiel sur le site de notre client, apportant ainsi votre collaboration directe et efficace.
  • Maitrise parfaite du français à un niveau langue maternelle, garantissant une communication fluide et professionnelle, et niveau C1 confirmé en anglais, langue clé pour interagir avec des profils internationaux et diversifiés.
