Senior Specialist – Manufacturing Scheduling Antaes is recruiting a Senior Specialist - Manufacturing Scheduling Consultant in Neuchâtel. You will manage the short- and mid-term production scheduling for specific manufacturing lines. You will work closely with Supply Chain, QA, QC, Operations and other internal teams. You may also act as a backup for your peer. Main Responsibilities Convert supply plans into detailed daily schedules. Manage scheduling for assigned work centers and follow up on work orders. Lead the weekly scheduling meeting. Coordinate daily activities with QA, QC, Validation, Production, Warehouse, etc. Set priorities based on business needs and operational constraints. Ensure execution of mid-term plans: material availability and master data. Coordinate stability plans, change activities, transitions, MTO repacking and reprocessing. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Manage assigned change control tasks and deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business + 3+ years in production/supply planning. Experience in an international industrial environment, ideally pharma/biotech. Ability to work under pressure, autonomous, proactive, quality- and results-oriented. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Lean experience is a plus. Strong IT skills: MS Office, Excel, ERP systems (Oracle is a plus). Fluent in French and English.
