HR Operations and Office Manager

Please note, applicants must already have the right to work in Switzerland, be fluent in both French and English at a professional level, and be available to start in mid-December.

BioTalent are supporting a fast-growing biotech in Lausanne and looking for an HR Operations and Office Manager to support its next stage of growth. This is a full-time, on-site position (three days a week).

The Role

You will be the central point of contact for office operations, HR administration, and cultural initiatives. Your work will touch everything from onboarding to office management to internal events. You will support senior leadership, including the CFO, and help shape how the company runs behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage day-to-day office operations


• Act as first contact for employees, visitors, and vendors


• Coordinate onboarding, contracts, HR records, and recruitment support


• Organise team events and internal communication initiatives


• Support basic finance admin such as expenses and invoicing


• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

• Experience in office management, HR coordination, or administrative support


• Strong French and English


• Great organisational skills and attention to detail


• A proactive, friendly, and steady approach


• Confidence working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
