Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to assist the relationship management team to promote Private Markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support client relationship managers with distribution projects for open-ended and closed-ended funds, and assist with daily tasks.
  • Create high-quality, tailored marketing materials and client responses, addressing inquiries and providing performance updates.
  • Serve as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with teams.
  • Develop strategies to boost client and prospect engagement, tracking performance metrics for the sales team.
  • Assist the private wealth team heads with strategic projects and governance.
  • Deepen knowledge of private markets, platform, products, and investment strategies.
  • Enhance professional expertise to improve workflows.

Your Profile:

  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry, with experience in communication or marketing preferred.
  • University degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Background in consulting, sales, process management, or investment banking is ideal.
  • Skilled in design and visual communication.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus.
  • Attention to detail and strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
