Ich beschäftige mich seit Jahren mit Personal und Employer Branding. Jetzt gehe ich bewusst in die B2B-Beratung, idealerweise mit einem Partner auf Augenhöhe.

Meine Überzeugung

Employer Branding ist keine Schaufensterarbeit. Eine starke und attraktive Arbeitgebermarke entsteht innen, wird gelebt und erst danach nach aussen kommuniziert.

So stelle ich mir unsere Zusammenarbeit vor

Wir akquirieren gemeinsam Kunden, führen Workshops, entwickeln klare Arbeitgebermarken und unterstützen Kundinnen und Kunden mit soliden Ideen und guter Umsetzung. Wir haben Spass an der Arbeit, bleiben offen und entspannt und sorgen gleichzeitig dafür, dass die Ergebnisse stimmen.

Ein paar Leitplanken

  • Du stehst mit beiden Beinen im Leben und willst nebenberuflich etwas Gemeinsames aufbauen.
  • Du hast Praxis im Employer Branding oder an der Schnittstelle HR, Kommunikation, Marketing und kannst Konzept, Workshop und Umsetzung.
  • Du bist offen, unkompliziert, professionell und kreativ.
  • Du trägst Akquise mit: Kontakte pflegen, Gespräche führen, Angebote schärfen, Abschlüsse holen.
  • Idealerweise lebst du in der Zentralschweiz und bist altersmässig zwischen 30 und 45 unterwegs.

Ein gewachsenes HR-Netzwerk in der Schweiz, laufende Anfragen und klare Strukturen.

Was ich mir wünsche

Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail. Hoher Anspruch an Qualität, ohne steif zu wirken. Verlässlichkeit bei Terminen und Zusagen. Klare, direkte Kommunikation. Freude an gemeinsamer Entwicklung von Formaten, die Kundinnen und Kunden wirklich weiterbringen. Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, statt abzuwarten. Konstruktives Feedback in beide Richtungen. Humor und Gelassenheit, auch wenn es intensiv wird.

  • Zusammenarbeit auf Honorarbasis, faire Aufteilung je nach Leadquelle und Rolle.
  • Erlöse aus gemeinsamen Formaten teilen wir transparent.
  • Remote möglich, regelmässige Arbeitssessions in Zug und Umgebung.
