Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end processing of both written and telephone customer enquiries (pharmacy / drugstores / field force)
• Order management: complete and on schedule entry / processing of customer orders.
• Ensuring that customer orders are delivered in full and on time in collaboration with logistics service providers (warehouse and transport).
• Electronic Data Interface (EDI) order management
• Managing subsequent deliveries in the event of non-deliverable items
• Condition and rebate management; invoicing, pricing and condition checks
• Receipt and processing of customer complaints of any kind - forwarding to other internal departments (Quality, Packaging Development or Scientific Information) if necessary
• Creation of credit notes
• Complete documentation of customer communication in the CRM system and SAP
• Complete archiving of processed business transactions
• Collaboration on the key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to customer service, such as availability, order time in full (OTIF), etc.
• Tracking GMP-relevant documentation such as customers' operating licences and Medreg registrations
• Processing sample requests from doctors in line with GxP-relevant processes
• Taking on special projects to optimise customer service
