Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die als
Delivery Manager:in
oder
Solution Architekt:in
die technische Umsetzung und Projektsteuerung für anspruchsvolle digitale Initiativen übernimmt. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du eng mit Kunden sowie mit einem internationalen Entwicklungsteam zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung komplexer Softwareprojekte
  • Koordination zwischen Kunden, Business-Stakeholdern und dem internationalen Entwicklerteam
  • Unterstützung bei Requirements Engineering und Architekturentscheidungen
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Zeitplan und Budget in der Projektabwicklung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern und Software Engineers
  • Steuerung von Remote-Teams und Abstimmung mit Nearshore-Partnern in Vietnam

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Rollen wie Projektleiter, Solution Architekt, Product Owner oder vergleichbar
  • Tiefes Verständnis für Softwareentwicklungsprozesse und agile Methoden
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen, verteilten Teams
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung
  • Deutsch auf professionellem Niveau (min. B2), Englisch verhandlungssicher
  • Technisches Verständnis ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
