The Site and Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for delivering multichannel and multimedia communication initiatives on an international level in our pharmaceutical client's HQ in Baar.

You will supporting high-impact internal communications across two major regions:
• Intercontinental Region
• Europe

This role collaborates with the International Corporate Communications Lead to implement internal communication plans that strengthen employee engagement and help achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Site Leadership, including the Site HR Head and core team
  • Amplify engagement activities through impactful internal communications
  • Develop content, manage channels, and coordinate events
  • Support events featuring international and global leadership teams and external stakeholders (e.g., Patient Advocacy Groups)
    • Internal Communications Specialist (International Corporate Affairs):
  • Contribute to a dynamic community of practice for internal communications on global level
  • Plan and create content to connect global teams and advance the organization's mission for patients
  • Highlight strategic local achievements to global internal audiences

Collaboration

This position requires strong collaboration and networking across the organization.

As part of the International Corporate Affairs team, the role works cross-functionally with:

  • Global teams
  • International Center of Excellence (I-CoE)
  • Baar HQ site
  • Affiliate teams

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate affairs or communications disciplines
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Exceptional English-language skills, both written and verbal, with strong copywriting ability
  • Multimedia skills (video editing, design) are a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and logistics capabilities
  • Event planning and coordination expertise
  • Ability to work in a geographically and culturally diverse environment
  • Creative, innovative, agile, and flexible; thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
