This Position reports to:

Production Supervisor

*Production Shift Supervisor (80–100%)
About The Role And Responsibilities*
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with process flows, work instructions, production plans, and quality and safety standards in a 3-shift operation for the production of miniature circuit breakers (MCBs). You will play a key role in maintaining continuous production operations. In close collaboration with the area manager, you will help create an effective and efficient working environment.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Managing capacities, resources, and personnel during the shift, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production targets
  • Acting as the main point of contact for process-related questions and ensuring adherence to defined process standards
  • Identifying improvement opportunities in production processes and equipment, and addressing technical, quality, and logistical challenges in a solution-oriented manner
  • Motivating and developing the team, and collaborating closely with internal support functions to ensure efficient communication

Qualifications For The Role

  • Completed technical vocational training
  • Several years of experience in production or production-related areas
  • Initial leadership experience in a production environment
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and automated production lines
  • Experience with continuous improvement projects and lean management (e.g., KAIZEN, Lean Six Sigma)
  • Quick comprehension, resilience, and strong team spirit
  • Fluent in German (spoken and written); English is a plus
  • Willingness to work in shifts (currently 3-shift model, possibly including Saturdays)
  • Strong interpersonal and assertiveness skills
  • ERP knowledge (SAP)
