Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Production SupervisorProduction Shift Supervisor %) About the Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with process flows, work instructions, production plans, and quality and safety standards in a 3-shift operation for the production of miniature circuit breakers (MCBs). You will play a key role in maintaining continuous production operations. In close collaboration with the area manager, you will help create an effective and efficient working environment.Work model: On-siteLocation: Electrification Business Area, SchaffhausenYour main responsibilities include: Managing capacities, resources, and personnel during the shift, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production targets Acting as the main point of contact for process-related questions and ensuring adherence to defined process standards Identifying improvement opportunities in production processes and equipment, and addressing technical, quality, and logistical challenges in a solution-oriented manner Motivating and developing the team, and collaborating closely with internal support functions to ensure efficient communication Qualifications for the Role Completed technical vocational training Several years of experience in production or production-related areas Initial leadership experience in a production environment Knowledge of manufacturing processes and automated production lines Experience with continuous improvement projects and lean management (e.g., KAIZEN, Lean Six Sigma) Quick comprehension, resilience, and strong team spirit Fluent in German (spoken and written); English is a plus Willingness to work in shifts (currently 3-shift model, possibly including Saturdays) Strong interpersonal and assertiveness skills ERP knowledge (SAP) What's in it for You We want you to bring your full self to work-your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
