Role Description:

The Project Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the smooth planning, coordination, and execution of projects within the organization. This position provides structured support across all stages of the project lifecycle—facilitating communication, maintaining documentation, and ensuring that deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational objectives. The Project Specialist works closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to promote efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

In this role, the Project Specialist supports the creation and monitoring of project plans, schedules, and performance indicators. The position is responsible for tracking progress, preparing project reports, and maintaining clear communication across departments to ensure that all activities remain aligned with goals and timelines. Qualifications:
