Project Description

The project involves variant configurator modelling for product lines across multiple development projects.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data modelling for variant configurator (SAP LO-VC and iPPE).
  • Model VC configurator within development projects and as a product structure (PSM-VC) in iQUAVIS, including relationship knowledge.
  • Create, evaluate, and test maximum BOM (Bill of Material) and work plans in close collaboration with specialist departments in SAP iPPE.
  • Maintain low-level relationship knowledge.
  • Act as the primary contact person in business for VC configurators.
  • Maintain, support, and further develop the SAP configurator landscape in SAP ECC.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong experience with
    SAP LO-VC
    (Variant Configuration).
  • Knowledge of
    SAP iPPE
    (Integrated Product and Process Engineering).
  • Experience in BOM creation and work plan testing.
  • Familiarity with
    iQUAVIS
    for modelling product structures.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Understanding of PSM-VC modelling.
  • Experience in R&D environments.
