  • Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für die Controlling-Prozesse am Standort Zug – von Monats- bis Jahresabschlüssen nach lokalen und IFRS-Standards
  • Du führst das strategische Produktionscontrolling, unterstützt Investitions- und Produktionsentscheidungen und begleitest die Umsetzung langfristiger Standortziele
  • Du leitest die operativen Planungs-, Forecast- und Budgetierungsprozesse am Standort – mit Schwerpunkt auf Produktion, Supply Chain, Projekten und Kostenkalkulation
  • Du entwickelst Controlling-Instrumente und KPIs weiter, bereitest Ergebnisse anschaulich auf und forderst operative Einheiten mit Analysen und Handlungsempfehlungen heraus
  • Du trägst zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Produktivität, Qualität, Profitabilität und Cashflow bei und leitest bei Abweichungen geeignete Gegenmassnahmen ein
  • Du unterstützt die Einführung und Pflege eines Performance- und Risikomanagement-Systems sowie eines internen Kontrollsystems gemäss Konzernanforderungen
  • Du trainierst Führungskräfte und Talente im Umgang mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Steuerungsinstrumenten und agierst als Schnittstelle zu internen und externen Audits
Das bringst du für die Stelle mit
  • Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling gesammelt – idealerweise in der produzierenden Industrie – und weisst, wie man Zahlen zum Leben erweckt
  • Dein betriebswirtschaftliches oder Controlling-Studium (Bachelor, gerne auch Master) hast du erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Produktionscontrolling ist dein Spielfeld: Du kennst dich bestens mit internationalen (IFRS) und lokalen Rechnungslegungsstandards aus
  • SAP (am liebsten S/4HANA) und moderne Controlling- sowie BI-Tools sind für dich keine Fremdwörter, sondern tägliche Begleiter
  • Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest strukturiert und bringst Projekte mit echter Finisher-Mentalität ins Ziel
  • Komplexe Sachverhalte? Kein Problem – du erklärst sie klar, verständlich und überzeugend
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch – schriftlich wie mündlich – gehören bei dir zum Standard
