, we are looking to hire a

QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (80% to 100%)

MISSION

As part of the QA/QC Team, reporting directly to the Head of Quality & Regulatory Affairs, our Quality Assurance Specialist will maintain the functionality and performance of the Quality System for Sunstar Suisse SA and Sunstar Europe products, ensuring that the appropriate quality standards are maintained to meet Sunstar's quality objectives and customer expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Among all his/her responsibilities, the chosen candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the change control process from a quality standpoint
  • Document and Record Control, in particular write and/or review SOP, WKI, FORM for Quality-related processes.
  • QC equipment calibration and maintenance
  • Maintain the QMS documentation by co-writing and updating quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Management Processes, in particular the compilation of relevant information and the preparation of management reviews and quality objectives/KPI
  • Leading quality investigation on quality-related matters
  • Execute verification activities on finished products
  • Performance/Analysis of Data
  • Act as a quality assurance team member throughout project's teams

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. A specialization in Quality Assurance will be considered as a strong asset to cover the role successfully.
  • Trained on ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards
  • 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance in the life science/healthcare industry
  • Expertise in change management and document & record control
  • Experience in project management
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
