In einem boomenden Wachstumsumfeld gestalten Sie als Operational Excellence Manager die Transformation unserer Betriebsprozesse. Sie haben die Chance, spannende OPEX-Projekte zu initiieren und zu leiten, die in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Produktionsbereichen die Effizienz und Effektivität steigern. Ihre Fähigkeit, den Status quo herauszufordern und proaktive Veränderungen zu treiben, macht Sie zu einer treibenden Kraft der Innovation und unterstreicht unseren Anspruch, die Zukunft proaktiv zu gestalten.

Was Sie bewirken werden…

  • Initiieren und Leiten von Lean Six Sigma- und Investitions-Projekten am Standort Rapperswil in Abstimmung mit der Produktionsleitung und dem globalen Zentralbereich OPEX
  • Durchführen von Projekten gemäss den Vorgaben, unter Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften, Kosten und Zeitrahmen
  • Mitwirken bei Shopfloor Management Meetings und Präsentation von Status Updates in Management Reviews
  • Coachen von Mitarbeitenden nach KATA-Systematik zur Etablierung einer Verbesserungskultur

Was bringen Sie mit…

  • Mehrjährige, nachgewiesene Erfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) im Leiten von Lean / Six Sigma Projekten
  • LSS Green Belt oder Black Belt
  • Projektmanagementzertifizierung von Vorteil (IPMA, PMP, PMI etc.)
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten von Shopfloor bis Topfloor
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse von MS-Office sowie Bereitschaft, künstliche Intelligenz verstärkt einzusetzen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2-Niveau)
