- Quality Claims Manager (m/w)**MAIN TASKS**

As Quality Claims Manager in the area of bathroom furniture, you ensure the Group-wide, professional handling of complaints in a dynamic, international environment. This includes the following duties in particular:

- Independent processing of cases escalated by marketing and sales, including complex cases escalated from other plants with a legal background, of Group-wide importance and involving insurance companies with assistance from internal and external specialist departments
- Supporting all sales companies in the operational management of customer complaints (creating and processing 8D reports and technical statements)
- Validating the effectiveness of countermeasures as part of the 8D report at suppliers and plants
- Supporting the markets with Quality Management Claims services and proactive monitoring of the quality performance, with active initiation of improvements where necessary
- Active development and transfer of knowledge from Quality Management Claims to service personnel and customer service representatives at the sales companies and internal development teams

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION**

You are qualified as a joiner (EFZ) in furniture/interior design or wood technician (HF) in joinery/interior design. You should also have the following skills:

- Experience in project management
- Further training in quality methods would be an advantage
- Knowledge of economics and an interest in legal fields (specifically product liability, safety laws, etc.) would be an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
