What your impact will be like:
As a Business Development Working Student, you will be a core member of our Marketing Team and thus closely collaborate with our marketing, business development and sales professionals as well as our Co-CEO Commercial. You will assist the teams with the implementation of different business development measures across various channels and markets. In particular, you will:

Assist with leads prospecting, supporting sales and partner processes

Help maintain and update customer databases (Hubspot) and internal documentation

Assist in project management for cross-functional Go-to-Market projects (planning, coordination, documentation, follow-ups)

Support the execution and tracking of strategic initiatives defined by the Commercial Leadership Board

Prepare presentations, reports and meeting materials for management reviews and board discussions

Manage and maintain our PowerPoint database, ensuring consistency, version control, and alignment with brand and content standards

Contribute to market and performance analyses to support data-driven decisions

Take on ad-hoc and administrative tasks related to the team's daily operations.

University graduate or final-year student in a relevant field (business development, marketing or similar)

Advanced competency in Microsoft PowerPoint (preferably with prior internship experience, especially in consulting) and other MS Suite products

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German and English)

Experience working with a CRM (e.g. Hubspot or Salesforce) is a plus
