Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Zentrale Ansprechperson im SAP Applikationssupport mit Schwerpunkt Logistik

  • Entgegennahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen sowie Störungsmeldungen über ein Ticketing-System

  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen, qualitativ hochwertigen operativen SAP-Supports im Tagesgeschäft

  • Analyse und Bearbeitung von Incidents, Change Requests und Fehlermeldungen innerhalb logistischer Prozesse

  • Reproduktion, Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Fehlern auf Kundensystemen

  • Enge fachliche Abstimmung und Koordination mit internen Spezialisten sowie mit SAP bei komplexeren Fragestellungen

  • Strukturierte und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation von Lösungen, Workarounds, Known Errors und Prozessbeschreibungen

  • Stellvertretung und fachliche Unterstützung angrenzender SAP-Module innerhalb des Support-Teams

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit ausgeprägtem Prozessverständnis

  • Fundierte Erfahrung im SAP-Logistikumfeld, idealerweise mit Fokus auf SAP S/4HANA oder S/4HANA Cloud

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in End-to-End-Logistikprozessen inklusive Customizing in den Modulen SD, MM, LE sowie Schnittstellen zu angrenzenden Modulen wie PP, FI und CO

  • Erfahrung im SAP Applikationssupport sowie im Umgang mit Ticketing-Systemen

  • Analytische, lösungsorientierte und kundenfokussierte Denkweise

  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit sowie Freude an operativem Support und direktem Kundenkontakt

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
