About the Role

For one of our
international consulting clients
, we are looking for a
SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Service Expert
at
Consultant level
to support SAP Service and Customer Service transformation initiatives in Switzerland.

You will work as part of a project team, contributing to
SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Service implementations
, supporting business users and ensuring the correct configuration and adoption of standard SAP service processes.

Start date: March 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and contribute to
    SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Service
    implementations
  • Configure and customize standard SAP Service processes according to business requirements
  • Participate in
    fit-to-standard workshops
    and requirement analysis sessions
  • Support integration with related SAP modules (e.g. Finance, Sales, Logistics)
  • Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live and hypercare
  • Provide functional support to business users during project phases
  • Prepare documentation and support training activities

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience
    in SAP Service / Customer Service modules
  • Hands-on experience with
    SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Service
    is highly preferred
  • Good understanding of end-to-end
    service and customer support processes
  • First experience in SAP implementation or rollout projects
  • Ability to work in hybrid project environments
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset

Languages

  • Italian (mandatory)
  • English: fluent (mandatory)
  • German: nice to have (not mandatory)
  • French: nice to have (not mandatory)

Nice to Have

  • SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certifications
  • Experience in
    Swiss projects
    or international environments
  • Exposure to
    e-commerce or service-intensive business models
  • Willingness to grow toward

Location & Working Model

  • Switzerland-based role
  • Hybrid setup
