About the Role

For one of our
international consulting clients
, we are looking for a
SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance Senior Expert (FI)
to support and lead SAP Finance transformation programs in Switzerland.

You will act as a
senior functional lead and trusted advisor
, driving SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance implementations in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, working closely with client finance leadership and project teams.

Start date: March 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver
    SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance (FI)
    projects for Swiss and international clients
  • Act as
    Finance stream lead
    , covering:
  • Record-to-Report
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Financial Closing
  • Drive
    fit-to-standard workshops
    and guide clients toward SAP Public Cloud best practices
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant SAP solutions
  • Support testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare phases
  • Provide senior-level advisory support to finance stakeholders
  • Contribute to
    project governance, solution design and pre-sales activities
    , when required

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience
    in SAP Finance (FI), ideally within international consulting environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance
  • Solid knowledge of finance processes and accounting principles
  • Proven experience working in
    hybrid project setups
  • Ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and lead workstreams
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

Languages

  • Italian (mandatory)
  • English: fluent (mandatory)
  • German: nice to have (not mandatory)
  • French: nice to have (not mandatory)

Nice to Have

  • SAP S/4HANA Finance or Public Cloud certifications
  • Experience in
    Swiss projects
    or regulated environments
  • Exposure to
    multi-country rollouts
  • Previous experience at
    Manager / Senior Manager level

Location & Working Model

  • Switzerland-based role
  • Hybrid setup

  • ~50% remote from Switzerland
  • ~50% on-site at client location (depending on project)
