Job Description
- Support the tax team to deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within the timeframe and responsible for overseeing all tax affairs
- Responsible for managing the ETR, with strong capability in tax accounting advantageous
- Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law development and create strategies to ensure optimized tax structure and ETR.
- Liaising with other members of the Group senior management team and board on tax matters
- Supporting tax planning to ensure optimized tax structure and expense
- Ensuring the effectiveness of the Group corporate holding and financing structures
- Ensuring at all times high level of tax support across businesses
- Reporting relationships with Olam Global Agri Global Head of Tax, reporting to OGA CFO and Olam International Global Head of Tax.
Requirements
- University degree with 7-10 years of international tax experience
- Proven taxation management experience with a demonstrated track record and good working knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns.
- Ability to build strategic partnerships. Build relationships internally and externally. Collaborates across the organization to maximize outcomes.
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives for a timely and successful conclusion.
