The Role

As our Certification Body Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our mission. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring, verifying, and processing inspection reports from coating applicators and chemical pretreatment manufacturers to ensure quality.
  • Handling administrative tasks and communicating with certified companies (members) to streamline processes.
  • Collaborating with license holders, accredited laboratories, inspectors, and technical advisors to build strong relationships.
  • Coordinating and participating in domestic and international working group meetings, both physical and online.
  • Taking meeting minutes, maintaining technical specifications and documents, and assisting with general office tasks to provide documentation and support.

Minimum Requirements

Education and Training

  • A commercial or technical training background (e.g., vocational baccalaureate, commercial training, or equivalent).
  • Formal education in quality assurance, certification processes, or administration would be beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and standard business software applications.

Technical Competence

  • Ability to understand and process technical concepts quickly, especially related to coating inspections and quality assurance in the aluminium sector.
  • Familiarity with international certification standards (ISO is advantageous.

Languages

  • Good proficiency in English (C1 level minimum), with additional language skills (German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese) highly desirable for handling international communications.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate diplomatically in a diverse, international environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive work ethic.
