About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled
Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer
to join our team in Zurich.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IAM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and security policies.
  • Configure and manage IAM products (e.g., ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, or similar).
  • Develop and enforce identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Integrate applications with IAM systems using protocols such as
    OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0
    , and
    SCIM
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, IT, HR, Application Owners) to gather requirements and ensure IAM policies are effectively applied.
  • Conduct technical analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for IAM-related incidents.
  • Support audit and compliance efforts by generating reports and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest IAM trends, threats, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Fluent in German (written and spoken)
    and proficient in English.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in IAM engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, architectures, and best practices.
  • Experience with IAM technologies and tools (e.g., ForgeRock, Okta, Ping, SailPoint).
  • Deep knowledge of
    OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM
    , and directory services (LDAP, AD).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure AD, AWS IAM, etc.) is a plus.
  • Analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.

Nice to Have:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator).
  • Experience with automation, scripting (PowerShell, Python), or DevOps environments.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust and modern security architectures.
