Deine Aufgaben

Du gestaltest die Marketing- und Kommunikationsstrategie von BearingPoint Schweiz aktiv mit – intern wie extern. In einem kreativen Umfeld mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum übernimmst du Verantwortung für Kampagnen, Events, Content und Kommunikation auf allen Kanälen.

  • Strategische Kommunikation: Du entwickelst und steuerst Marketing- und Kommunikationsmassnahmen zur Positionierung unseres Unternehmens.
  • Externe Kommunikation: Du verantwortest Webmanagement, Social Media, E-Mail-Kampagnen und Pressearbeit.
  • Interne Kommunikation: Du sorgst für transparente Kommunikation über Intranet, Newsletter & Co.
  • Content Creation: Du erstellst hochwertige Inhalte in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachteams – von Studien bis Sales-Unterlagen.
  • Kampagnen- & Eventmanagement: Du konzipierst und realisierst Kampagnen und Veranstaltungen – von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung.
  • Agentursteuerung: Du koordinierst externe Partner in PR, SEA und Design.
  • Performance & Reporting: Du misst den Erfolg deiner Massnahmen und leitest Optimierungen ab.
  • Globale Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit dem internationalen Marketing-Team zusammen.
  • Leadership & Budget: Du übernimmst die Jahresplanung, Budgetverantwortung und führst ein Teammitglied.
Dein Profil
  • Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines Bachelor- oder Masterstudiums der Fachrichtung Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufs im B2B-Marketing oder in der Kommunikation – idealerweise im Beratungsumfeld
  • Erfahrung in Content Management, Social Media und Eventorganisation
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und Englisch; Französisch von Vorteil
