About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Marketing Procurement Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing, and a professional services mindset. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, brings a positive, can-do attitude, and is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support strategic sourcing initiatives across marketing categories (e.g., creative, media, digital, events, PR).Partner with internal and external stakeholders and external agencies to drive value, innovation, and performance.Collaborate with stakeholders on creating and implementing marketing procurement strategies. Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with business goals and enhance client satisfaction.Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships with a focus on quality, cost, and service.Provide market insights and benchmarking to inform procurement decisions.Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.Collaborate cross-functionally to support broader business initiatives and transformation efforts.Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in marketing, marketing procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.Background in professional services or consulting preferred.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with professionalism and poise.Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Client-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.Experience working in global or matrixed organizations is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.What We're Looking For:
