Als Technical Project Manager übernimmst du die Leitung eines zentralen technischen Transformationsprojekts bei Supertext. Du verantwortest die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung mit Fachkräften aus allen Unternehmensbereichen. Dabei koordinierst du interne Teams, externe Partner und Stakeholder und sorgst dafür, dass komplexe technische Veränderungen an unseren Kernsystemen und -prozessen strukturiert, transparent und erfolgreich umgesetzt werden. Deine Arbeit hat direkten Einfluss auf nahezu alle Bereiche unseres Unternehmens und bildet die Grundlage für skalierbare, zukunftsfähige Prozesse.

Das bringst du mit
  • Universitätsabschluss in Informatik (oder verwandte Studienrichtungen) oder Wirtschaft mit starkem technischem Hintergrund
  • 1–2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer technischer oder IT-naher Projekte
  • Erfahrung in Systemeinführungen oder -migrationen (z. B. ERP, TMS oder vergleichbare Enterprise-Systeme)
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Souveränität im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • CH- oder EU/EFTA-Staatsangehörigkeit oder eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für die Schweiz

Das ist der Job
  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung und Umsetzung eines unternehmensweiten technischen Transformationsprojekts
  • Koordination der Ablösung und Weiterentwicklung mehrerer Kernsysteme (z. B. ERP-, TMS- und angrenzende Systeme)
  • Fachliche Führung von internen Engineers, Projektmitgliedern und externen Dienstleistern – ohne direkte Personalverantwortung
  • Übersetzung von Business-Anforderungen in umsetzbare Projektpläne und (insb. technische) Arbeitspakete
  • Steuerung von Zeitplänen, Abhängigkeiten, Risiken und Budgets
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen Stakeholdern aus Business, Operations und Management
  • Sicherstellung einer klaren Kommunikation und Dokumentation über alle Projektphasen hinweg
  • Begleitung von Change- und Einführungsprozessen in der Organisation
