Project Manager

Your Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of technical projects within our data center operations. This includes defining scope, planning, execution, and ensuring a structured handover of facility and infrastructure projects such as upgrades, and expansions. Your focus will be on safe, compliant, and timely delivery in line with operational standards, customer SLAs, and budget requirements.

Working closely with Site Management, Technical Operations Planning, and cross-functional teams, you will translate operational needs into executable project plans and provide technical input when required. You will manage schedules, resources, risks, and budgets while maintaining clear communication and project reporting.

Where applicable, you will support commissioning, testing, and handover activities, ensuring operational readiness and complete documentation. In addition, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support complex operational or customer-driven projects as needed.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a comparable technical discipline (or equivalent qualification)
• Experience as a Project Manager in technical, infrastructure, or data center environments
• Proven track record in managing complex facility or infrastructure projects end to end
• Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in mission-critical or industrial environments
• Experience managing suppliers, contractors, and internal technical teams
• Strong understanding of project governance, change management, and risk mitigation
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style with high resilience in dynamic environments
