In unserem Produktionsbereich Business Unit Parenterals (BU PAR) stellen wir sterile Lyophilisate (gefriergetrocknete Produkte) und flüssige Arzneimittelformen her, die in Spritzen und Vials abgefüllt werden. Für die Spritzenabfüllung suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen

Trainee Spritzenabfüllung (PIN) (m/w/d)
(befristet für 1 Jahr mit Option auf Verlängerung)

Hauptaufgaben

  • Aktive Unterstützung des Teams im Daily Business zur Herstellung von sterilen Arzneimitteln im Bereich Spritzenabfüllung.
  • Praktische Umsetzung von Projekten zur Sicherstellung von Behördenanforderung und Optimierungen, sowie Förderung von Innovation und Technik.
  • Bearbeitungen von Process-Abweichungen in einem bereichsübergreifenden Team (QA, QC, Engineering, MSAT) und Einführung von korrektiven Massnahmen.
  • Koordination und Harmonisierung von dokumentarischen Anpassungen und Support innerhalb der Abteilung.
  • Arbeiten in funktionsübergreifenden Teams mit entsprechendem Stakeholder-Management.

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor/Master-Abschluss oder Vergleichbares im naturwissenschaftlichen, technischen oder Ingenieur Bereich.
  • Kommunikations- und verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sie sind ein innovativer Teamplayer und können kreative und pragmatische Lösungen vorschlagen und sind offen für die Meinung der Kollegen
  • Sie sind in der Lage, in einer komplexen globalen Matrixorganisation mit mehreren Interessengruppen zu arbeiten
  • Das Arbeiten im GMP-Umfeld stellt für Sie eine interessante Herausforderung dar und motiviert Sie auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen;
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz

Zudem sind Sie eine belastbare Persönlichkeit, die gern in einem Team arbeitet und sich durch ihre exakte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise auszeichnet.
