We are searching for the best talent for a Junior MPS Planner to be in Schaffhausen.
Purpose:
Accountable for local E2E product flow and performance in alignment with Global Functions (EPLs, VSL's, CAC's) and local Quality Product OwnerPoint of Contact with Customer Management/Demand management and other stakeholders as requiredContinuous improvement of processes to reach the targets
As a Junior MPS Planner, you will:
Own product specific planning KPI'sLocal product specific interface/single point of contact for Global Functions regarding tactical/operational topics
Single point of contact for upstream plants
Optimization of production schedules according to customer demand and available capacity (incl. scenario planning)
Guarantee optimal customer service and address potential future supply constraints
Material planning based on market demand
Internal coordination within Planning of scheduling of a particular line in case of multiple products running on the same line
Support of timely release in collaboration with local Quality Product Owner
Identifies issue and or follows up on Escalated items that may impact supply in the horizon from week 6 to 24 months with the EPL's/POC's(STEM 2, Criticalities, Quality)
Own product specific MPS (generation, analysis, follow-up)Ad hoc participation in Global VSL Team meetings & product specific representation of the site (lifecycle management)
Own local Value Stream Map of product and product specific KPI's.
Identify cost improvement and lean opportunities; keep overview on product specific site projects beyond tactical supply
Ensure objectives related to the goal alignmentE2E configuration; collaboration with EPL to define and maintain local E2E planning parameters
Ensure Monthly MPC with EPL and support BP process
Ensure POC responsibilities for POC BrandsMakes and or coordinates simulations and issues recommendations for the SRM on asset/product level for the products under his/her product portfolio to support Management decisions
Compliance with the GMP, EHS and SOX requirements and guidelines, which are connected to the respective function.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration with specialization in Logistics or Planning.
Advanced degree is preferred. APICS Supply Chain certification is preferred.
Experience:
2- 5 years of professional work experience in supply chain within an international and regulated environment. Preferably within the pharma industry.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Expertise in planning and/or logistics (desirable)
Operational experience working in ERP systems, SAP, OMP Planning system.
Understanding of internal Supply Chain trends/flow.
High analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist.
Ability to partner with others; look for collaboration with people from different departments and all levels.
Knowledge in analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlik Sense)
Language Requirements: English and German (preferred)
