The opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Training Admin Support
professional to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating and administering training activities that support both internal and external customers. If you thrive in a structured environment and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Prepare and send invitation letters to internal and external training participants
  • Generate and distribute course confirmations and certificates
  • Check course enrollments and maintain accurate records
  • Support the travel organization for trainers, including booking and logistics
  • Order and manage training materials to ensure timely availability
  • Assist in the planning and execution of training events

Your background

  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Completed KV-Abschluss (commercial apprenticeship or equivalent)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Solid working knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
