The Position

In deinem Praktikum wirst du für die Abteilung Marketing Operations & Communications der Schweizer Vertriebsorganisation Roche Diagnostics (Schweiz) AG tätig sein. Unser Team versteht sich als Bindeglied zwischen unternehmerischen Zielen und verkäuferischer Umsetzung im Markt.

Die Möglichkeit

Als Praktikant (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Team tatkräftig bei der Konzeption, Umsetzung und Analyse von Marketingkampagnen, um unsere strategischen Ziele zu erreichen und eine einmalige Customer Experience zu schaffen.

Dabei erwarten dich folgende spannende Aufgaben:

  • Kampagnenunterstützung: Du hilfst bei der Planung, Erstellung und Umsetzung von Omnichannel-Marketingkampagnen (digital & klassisch), die unsere Markenbotschaft über verschiedene Touchpoints transportieren.

  • Content & Asset Creation: Du unterstützt bei der Gestaltung und Erstellung von überzeugenden Marketingmaterialien (z.B. Flyer, Broschüren, Social-Media-Inhalte) und helfen dabei, kreative Marketing Assets zu entwickeln und das Content Marketing zu optimieren.

  • Digital Channel Management & Content-Pflege: Du unterstützt bei der Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und kontinuierlichen Optimierung der digitalen Marketingkanäle (Websites, Social Media etc.). Dies beinhaltet die Koordination und Pflege von Web-Content in unserem Content Management System (CMS). Des Weiteren entwerfen Sie und versenden zielgruppenspezifische E-Mail-Newsletter.

  • Markenkonformität: Du achtest darauf, dass alle Marketinginhalte unserem Markenimage entsprechen und ansprechend für die jeweilige Zielgruppe aufbereitet werden.

  • Cross-funktionale Mitarbeit: Du arbeitest cross-funktional und unterstützt bei der Koordination und Kommunikation mit internen Stakeholdern.

  • Analyse & Optimierung: Du hilfst bei der Analyse der durchgeführten Massnahmen, generierst erste Insights und trägst damit zur stetigen Optimierung unserer Marketingaktivitäten bei.

  • Team Support in Projekten und Mitwirkung an Prozessverbesserungen: Durch deine analytische Herangehensweise und Ihr Engagement unterstützt du das Team bei der erfolgreichen Durchführung von Projekten. Gleichzeitig hinterfragst du bestehende Abläufe kritisch und erarbeitest selbstständig erste Lösungsvorschläge zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Arbeitsweise.


Wer Du Bist

Du bist derzeit eingeschrieben in einem Bachelor-, Master- oder Ph.D.-Studiengang in Marketing, Kommunikation, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich oder Abschluss innerhalb von 12 Monaten vor Beginn des Praktikums. Du hast ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Interaktionsfähigkeiten, mit der Fähigkeit, mit einer Vielzahl von Personen unabhängig von ihrer Position in der Organisationshierarchie zu interagieren (Stakeholder Management). Du arbeitest strukturiert, hast eine analytische Herangehensweise und die Fähigkeit, dich selbstständig in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.

Des Weiteren verfügst du über folgende Fähigkeiten:

  • Hohe Affinität zu Marketing, Digital Marketing und Content Creation, idealerweise in einem B2B und B2C Umfeld in der Healthcare Branche

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CMS Systemen und Marketing Automations-Tools

  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit im Team, mit einer positiven und proaktiven Einstellung zur Teamarbeit und Zusammenarbeit

  • Kenntnisse in Design-Software, Erfahrungen mit InDesign, Photoshop, Canva sind ein Plus

  • Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch, mit guten Kenntnissen in Englisch und Französisch als Vorteil.
