Ready to join us? **About this opportunity** As an intern at Align Technology Marketing Operations EMEA you will get valuable insights into end to end management of and optimization of marketing initiatives. Learn how to leverage data and the latest technologies to drive efficiency and business growth. You will be working on key projects that will have an immediate impact. Join us for this exciting opportunity *** **In this role, you will** - Work with the Marketing Operations team to support process design and improvement initiatives from mapping to implementation across the organization - Train key marketing stakeholders on selected processes and systems together with the marketing operations leads - Support the launch of a central digital asset management system to store, publish and maintain marketing material across the region - Handling and storing final deliverables and approvals in the Document Management System and DAM - Support important ‘data first’ projects to drive and maintain data quality - Be the SPOC for incoming marketing requests and distribute to the right POC to solve issues timely - Support the budget management and coordination for the EMEA MX team *** **In this role, you’ll need ** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree obtained no longer than 24 months prior to the date of hire - Fluency in English mandatory - Willingness to navigate complex tasks, find solutions and seek advice when needed - Passion for marketing technologies - Ability to coordinate across many teams and perform in fast-moving environment - Excellent communication skills (written, oral, & presentation) **Sound like a good fit?** Great Click the "Apply" link to let us know you are interested.
