We're strengthening our sales department by recruiting a
Senior Business Manager
who will play a key role in the growth of our organization.

Your missions

  • Analyze the market to identify new clients and business opportunities.
  • Carry out prospecting, organize meetings, and manage initial discussions.
  • Identify client needs, gather requirements, and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Support candidates throughout the recruitment process (interviews, preparation, follow-up) and coordinate hiring processes with clients.
  • Monitor client accounts, projects, and consultants, both technically and in their career development.

Your profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in selling IT consulting or engineering services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of IT or engineering roles.
  • Good command of English required.
