Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and operational advice on HR policies, rules and procedures, ensuring they are applied consistently and in line with organizational standards
  • Manage and support the resolution of employment-related issues, including grievances, internal appeals, and cases brought before the ILO Administrative Tribunal
  • Oversee and advise on the full range of employment lifecycle processes – from recruitment, probation and performance management to investigations, disciplinary measures, separations and organizational restructuring
  • Coordinate and advise on medical and extended sick leave cases, ensuring compliance with applicable procedures and fair treatment of staff
  • Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and promote high ethical standards across HR and employment practices

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English and French (other languages is a plus)
  • MLaw or Swiss Bar Admission is preferred
  • At least five years of legal experience in an international organization
  • Strong ability to work independently, think critically, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
