We are seeking a Project leader—someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to make a significant impact on the future of banking. This is your opportunity to lead a high-stakes, complex project that combines technological excellence with strategic business objectives.Role:The Solution Architect will reinforce our Synechron Switzerland team in Zurich.Your responsibilities:Designing solid, scalable, and maintainable architecture that delivers an excellent user experience.Developing and overseeing key software components, including APIs and applications, to establish a reliable and extensible system foundation.Leading the integration of multiple applications and services to ensure seamless interoperability and project success.Providing continuous technical guidance and architectural leadership, fostering a culture of excellence that inspires the development team to deliver high-quality software solutions.Analyzing and creating the functional target architecture to ensure the application precisely meets user requirements and aligns with business goals.Collaborating closely with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments (Azure), and container orchestration (Kubernetes/AKS) into the overall solution architecture.Advocating for and implementing best practices around security, scalability, and performance in both cloud and on-premises environments.
