Manufacturing methodology Leader - FR / ENG / DE

Principales responsabilités :

  • S'assurer que l'exécution du projet se déroule dans le respect du flux de production, sans interruption
  • S'assurer que le matériel approprié est affecté à la bonne phase du projet, en quantité et en délais adéquats, et dans le respect des normes de qualité
  • Assurer une évaluation technique appropriée dans le cadre du processus décisionnel de fabrication / achat
  • Assurer une bonne coordination et une interaction régulière avec les principales parties prenantes
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des méthodes de fabrication efficaces pour optimiser les processus d'exécution des projets et minimiser les déchets
  • Assurer un soutien proactif à l'exécution des projets
  • Recruter, former et superviser les membres de l'équipe
  • Évaluer la performance de l'équipe et fournir du feedback et des opportunités de développement
  • Favoriser un environnement de travail positif et productif
  • Former et accompagner les équipes sur les nouveaux processus et les opportunités d'amélioration
  • Assurer le suivi et le soutien adéquats des projets en collaboration directe avec les chefs de projet et les ingénieurs mécaniciens
  • Assurer un soutien proactif en cas d'urgence afin d'éviter tout retard
  • Veiller à la conformité de tous les processus aux lois, réglementations et normes opérationnelles en vigueur

Profil recherché :

  • Formation en génie de la production, génie industriel (ou équivalent)
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de leadership
  • Solide connaissance des processus, méthodologies et normes de gestion de la production et de projet
  • Gestion de projet et approche méthodologique (une certification en gestion de projet = un atout)
  • Solides compétences analytiques : capacité à analyser des données et à prendre des décisions éclairées
  • Connaissance des normes et exigences réglementaires spécifiques au secteur = un atout
  • Capacité à diriger et motiver des équipes pluridisciplinaires, avec des subordonnés directs et indirects
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
  • Capacité à établir des relations organisationnelles
  • Forte approche proactive de résolution de problèmes
  • Connaissance approfondie des outils et méthodologies d'amélioration des processus
  • La connaissance de Microsoft Project et de SAP = atout
  • Excellent niveau de français, anglais et allemand (parlé et écrit)
