CDI - 100%Manufacturing Methodology Engineer (Team Leader)Bachelor or Master's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Proven experience in a manufacturing management role.Strong knowledge of manufacturing / project management processes, methodologies, and standards.Project management and highly methodological approach (Project Management certification is an asset).Strong analytical skills : ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Familiarity with industry-specific regulatory standards and requirements is an asset.Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, direct and indirect reports.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
