We're looking for Bachelor's (from 5th semester) and Master's students in Computer Science or tech-related fields who are driven to make an impact. If you're curious, future-focused, and ready to co-create with global teams, this is your launchpad.

Be part of our Consulting Delivery team and work on real projects that matter. Your mission will include:

• Supporting the design and implementation of critical IT solutions
• Contributing to agile teams solving real client challenges
• Participating in client meetings and workshops
• Creating presentations and reports that drive decisions

Experience of our working students:

Timon M.: The Working Student program provided me with a broad insight into the world of IT consulting. I had the opportunity to support various stages of the consulting process—from working on opportunities and proposals to building client relationships and supporting clients onsite. Kyndryl offered me the flexibility to focus on my exams and university projects when needed, while also challenging me professionally.

I was involved in partner meetings with major international firms, helped shape sales proposals, and worked directly on client projects. In addition, I also got to travel occasionally. Who You Are

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (5th semester+) or Master's in tech or engineering
• Passion for tech, consulting, and solving complex problems
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent in English; German and/or French are a plus
• Proactive mindset, curiosity, and a love of learning
• Comfortable using tools like MS Office and collaboration platforms
