Bringing the Group's global thought leadership to the world, they ensure that BCG expertise and studies are placed on the right channel at the right time and continuously develop our communications and marketing strategy.

What You'll Do

As a working student in Business Intelligence, you will support our Marketing and Communications team and gain hands-on experience in data-driven marketing and performance analysis. You'll take ownership of dedicated workstreams and contribute directly to the further development of our analytics, reporting, and campaign intelligence initiatives.

Your tasks will include:

• Analyzing and monitoring communication and marketing campaigns (e.g., media relations, social media, CRM).
• Driving the deployment and adoption of BI, analytics, and AI tools across the Marketing & Communications team.
• Ensuring data quality and maintaining campaign data within our CRM system.
• Creating dashboards, reports, and evaluations – navigating our tool landscape.
• Collaborating with stakeholders from Marketing and Communication, IT, as well as other Students.

• You confidently use AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance efficiency, creativity, and communication (prompting skills are a plus)

You'll be part of the Marketing Intelligence Team at BCG Central Europe. Our team combines expertise in communications, data analytics, IT, and project management. Together, we work to make marketing and communications measurable, and to develop innovative solutions that create real business impact.
