Are you a creative student with a passion for visual communication and design? We are looking for a working student currently enrolled in Communication, Design, or Graphic Design studies who is eager to apply their creativity in a professional IT consulting environment.
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine design skills with business and technology, supporting our consulting team with high-impact visual content.
What You'll Do
Be part of our Consulting Delivery team and work on real projects that matter. Your mission is to help Kyndryl stand out from competition by presenting state of the art client deliverables:
- Create visually engaging digital assets for client projects
- Collaborate with consultants to translate complex ideas into clear visuals
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations with strong storytelling
- Contribute to knowledge management by developing reusable digital assets and content
- Design LinkedIn animations and short-form visual content for social media
- Support branding and communication efforts with creative input

Timon M: The Working Student program provided me with a broad insight into the world of IT consulting. I had the opportunity to support various stages of the consulting process—from working on opportunities and proposals to building client relationships and supporting clients onsite. Kyndryl offered me the flexibility to focus on my exams and university projects when needed, while also challenging me professionally.
Godwin V My time as a working student at Kyndryl gave me the chance to dive into many areas of consulting. I was involved in partner meetings with major international firms, helped shape sales proposals, and worked directly on client projects. In addition, I also got to travel occasionally. This experience perfectly complemented my Business IT studies by providing hands-on insights and a highly flexible work environment.
Tobias M : During my time as a working student/trainee I got to meet a lot of experts across various fields - this enabled me to familiarize with different technologies and then deciding on which one to choose - in my case it turned out to be SAP. Kyndryl has enabled me to gain valuable experience on the job while successfully pursuing my Master's degree
Who You Are
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (5th semester+) or Master's in Communication, Design or Graphic Design or a related field
- Strong affinity for graphic design and interest in user experience design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics
- Interest in combining design with business and technology topics
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Fluent English and German or French is a must
- Proactive mindset, curiosity, and a love of learning
- Comfortable using tools like MS Office and collaboration platforms
