Supply Chain Planner

YOUR CHALLENGES

  • Plan and coordinate material supply for production
  • Release and follow up on purchase orders
  • Track and ensure supplier delivery dates (OTD)
  • Handle escalation when delays or issues occur
  • Work closely with production planning, order management, and suppliers
  • Monitor and improve supplier performance
  • Maintain accurate material master data in MS Dynamics 365
  • Optimize inventory levels and supply chain parameters
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency projects

YOUR COMPETENCIES

  • Degree or vocational training in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Buyer)
  • 3+ years of experience in material planning, procurement, or purchasing
  • Knowledge of inventory management and KPI reporting
  • Strong MS Excel skills and ERP experience (ideally MS Dynamics 365)
  • Structured, analytical, and well organized
  • Very good German and good English
  • Experience in supplier management and international collaboration
  • Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • First project management experience
  • Negotiation skills
