Aufgaben Du begleitest den gesamten Druckprozess: Von der Auftragserteilung durch den Kunden bis zum fertigen Druckerzeugnis – du sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft Du bist unsere Kommunikationsdrehscheibe: In enger Abstimmung mit Kunden, Druckereien und Lithographen koordinierst du alle Schritte der Druckvorstufe. Du prüfst mit technischem Blick: Drucktechnische Machbarkeiten analysierst du sorgfältig und findest praktikable Lösungen. Du sorgst für Ordnung im System: Du legst Artikel an und pflegst unsere Stammdaten mit höchster Sorgfalt. Anforderungen Fachliches Fundament: Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bildet die Basis für deinen Einstieg bei uns. Struktur liegt dir im Blut: Du arbeitest organisiert, denkst in Prozessen und behältst auch bei komplexen Abläufen den Überblick. Freude an Organisation: Administrative Aufgaben erledigst du mit Sorgfalt und einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch. Kundenfokus: Du denkst lösungsorientiert und hast ein sicheres Gespür für die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden. Sprachlich fit: Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (Muttersprache) und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit. Digital versiert: Der Umgang mit SAP und MS Office ist dir vertraut – du nutzt digitale Tools effizient im Arbeitsalltag.
