Aufgaben

  • Anlage und Pflege von EinkaufsLieferanten in der Beschaffungs Plattform
  • Eigenständige Einholung, Bewertung und Verhandlung von Preisen und Offerten bis zu einem definierten monetären Schwellenwert, sowie Abwicklung kleiner bis mittel-grosser Beschaffungen
  • Operative Prüfung, Vorbereitung,Genehmigung und Exekution von Verträgen
  • Prüfung, Bearbeitung + Fertigstellung von Bestellungen, und digitale Freigabe an Lieferanten (SAP SRM/ e-Shop)
  • Beantwortung von Fragen zu Bestellungen aus der eigenen Organisation und von Lieferanten
  • Helpdesk und unternehmensweite operative Einkaufsunterstützung
  • Operative Bewirtschaftung der verschiedenen Buying Channels/Tools, inkl. Einkaufskataloge
  • Schulung und Wissens-/Prozesspflege zum Bestellprozess und den Beschaffungs-Plattformen

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene (vorzugsweise kaufmännische) Grundausbildung und möglicherweise in laufender Weiterbildung oder Studium
  • Erste Arbeitserfahrungen, bevorzugt im Einkauf indirekter Warengruppen (bevorzugt in der Finanzindustrie)
  • Von Vorteil:
  • Bereits absolviertes Studium, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Betriebsökonomie, Wirtschaft, Wirtschaftsrecht, Logistik, Supply Chain oder ähnliches
  • Lehrgänge/ Weiterbildung im Einkauf (z.B. oder ähnlich)
  • Erfahrung mit SAP
  • Arbeitserfahrung und -affinität in einem der Bereiche Einkauf (indirekte Warengruppen, Logistik/ Beschaffung, Supply Chain
  • Erfahrung in Inside Sales (Software/Hardware) bzw. mit Cloud- und Lizenzmodellen
  • Verhandlungsgeschick (intern +extern)
  • IT-Affinität, insbesondere sehr ausgeprägte MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Ganzheitliches Prozessdenken.Strukturierte, analytische Herangehensweise
  • Sehr gute Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift auf Deutsch, sowie gut auf Englisch
