Title: Strategic Buyer in Pharmacy and Medics 

A leading Swiss healthcare provider is searching for a strategic buyer to join their dynamic Corporate Office team. In this role, you'll play a key role in managing pharmaceutical supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and fostering strong supplier relationships.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with product groups and suppliers to manage the pharmaceutical portfolio
  • Develop a lean and efficient sourcing strategy, optimizing product selection and supplier base
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure the best possible terms
  • Participate in national and international projects focused on procurement improvement
  • Work closely with internal teams (clinics, procurement managers) to ensure cost optimization
  • Oversee compliance with relevant medical device and pharmaceutical regulations

Who you are:

  • Possess several years of experience in a medical field (a plus)
  • 3-5 years in Purchasing
  • Are a skilled negotiator with a strong assertive approach
  • Excel at process thinking, analysis, and data-driven decision making
  • Demonstrate resilience, strong communication abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Have a deep understanding of SAP-MM and MS Office applications
  • Fluently speak German and English, with French proficiency a benefit
