Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen in der Retail-Branche wird eine erfahrene, operative Accounting Führungskraft gesucht, die ein Shared Service Center Finance (ca. 10 Mitarbeiter) in einer spannenden Transformationsphase leitet, aktiv weiterentwickelt und aktiv die Migration von SAP ECC zu S/4 HANA steuert.

Operativer Finance SSC Manager (m/w/d) 100% - Festanstellung

Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für Kreditoren-, Debitoren-, Anlagen- und Hauptbuchhaltung inkl. MWST-Abrechnungen mehrerer Gesellschaften
  • Optimierung, Standardisierung und Dokumentation von Finanzprozessen im Shared Service Center
  • Übernahme der Rolle als Product Owner für Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) sowie Modulverantwortung SAP FI
  • Mitwirkung/Steuerung der Migration von SAP ECC zu S/4 HANA
  • Bearbeitung komplexer Buchungsvorgänge und Abstimmung mit internen Partnern

Anforderungen

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mehrerer Gesellschaften, idealerweise im Konzern- oder Shared-Service-Umfeld
  • Abschlusssicher OR und Swiss GAAP FER
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP FI/CO (ECC und S/4 HANA) sowie hohe digitale Affinität
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Fachausweis im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung
  • Belastbarkeit, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
